How to Upload Files using the Official Telegram Bot (@cloudfamio_bot)

As a creator, you might not always be sitting at your computer when you need to upload and share a file. To make managing your content as seamless as possible, we have developed the Official CloudFam Telegram Bot.

This tool allows you to upload files to your CloudFam account, generate shareable links, and manage your catalog directly from the Telegram app on your smartphone or desktop.

Here is how to set up and use the Telegram bot to upload files on the go.

1. Finding and Starting the Bot

First, you need to locate the official bot within the Telegram app.

1. Open your Telegram app on mobile or desktop.

2. In the search bar, type our official handle: @cloudfamio_bot.

   • Security Warning: Always ensure you are interacting with the exact handle to avoid unauthorized copycat bots.

3. Tap on the bot to open the chat window.

4. Tap the Start button (or type /start) to initiate the bot.

2. Linking Your CloudFam Account

Before the bot can upload files to your specific dashboard, it needs to be securely linked to your CloudFam account.

1. When you start the bot, it will reply with a welcome message and instructions on how to link your account.

2. Follow the on-screen prompts provided by the bot in the chat.

3. You need to generate a developer API to use the bot. Kindly generate it from profile page.

4. Once successfully linked, the bot will send a confirmation message.

3. Uploading Files via Telegram

Uploading a file is now as easy as sending a message to a friend.

1. In your chat with @cloudfamio_bot, tap the Attachment icon (the paperclip).

2. Select the file, video, or document from your device that you wish to upload.

   • Tip: You can also simply Forward files from other Telegram channels or chats directly to the bot.

3. Hit send.

4. The bot will automatically receive the file and begin transferring it to the CloudFam servers.

4. Getting Your Download Links

1. Once the upload is complete, the bot will immediately reply to your message.

2. This reply will contain the direct, shareable CloudFam download link for your newly uploaded file.

3. You can now copy this link and instantly share it with your audience.

4. If you log in to your CloudFam web dashboard, you will see this new file successfully organized inside your My Files catalog, ready to earn revenue!
