Setting Up Your Profile

Personalizing your CloudFam account makes it easier for our support team to assist you and ensures your account details are up to date. Updating your public information and contact preferences only takes a few seconds.

Here is how to set up your profile details, including your name, avatar, and preferred contact method.

1. Accessing Your Profile Settings

  1. Log in to your CloudFam dashboard.

  2. On the left-hand navigation menu, scroll down to the Account section.

  3. Click on Profile.

  4. Make sure you are on the Account tab within the profile menu.

2. Uploading a Profile Photo (Avatar)

Adding an avatar helps personalize your dashboard experience.

  1. Locate the Profile Photo section at the top of the Profile Details block.

  2. Click on the placeholder image icon.

  3. Select an image file from your computer or device.

  4. The image will automatically upload and refresh as your new avatar.

3. Updating Your Name and Contact Details

Providing accurate contact information is helpful if our team ever needs to reach out to you regarding your account, custom CPM applications, or Elite status.

  1. First Name & Last Name: Enter your real name or your business/publisher name in the respective fields.

  2. Contact App: Click the dropdown menu to select your preferred messaging platform (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp, or choose "None" if you prefer email only).

  3. Contact ID: Enter your username, handle, or phone number associated with the Contact App you selected.

4. Saving Your Changes

Once you have filled out your desired information, scroll down to the bottom of the section and click the Save Changes button.

Your profile is now updated! You can return to this page at any time to modify your avatar, name, or contact preferences.
