Welcome to your command center! The CloudFam Publisher Dashboard is designed to be intuitive, giving you quick access to all the tools you need to manage your files and track your earnings.
Let’s take a quick tour of the dashboard layout and discover where everything is located.
When you first log in, you will land on the Upload Files page. This is your primary workspace.
Top Stats Menu: At the top of your screen, you can see a quick snapshot of your all-time Downloads, total Uploaded Files, current Wallet Balance, and your Storage capacity percentage.
Notices & Updates: Keep an eye out for the green notice banners (like new feature announcements) and the general Notice box for important updates, such as our Official Telegram Bot.
The Drop Zone: Simply drag and drop your files into the center of the screen, or click "Remote Upload" in the top right corner to fetch files from other URLs.
Just below "Core" on the left-hand navigation sidebar, you will find your file management tools.
My Files: This is your complete catalog. Here, you can create new folders, search for specific files, and see individual file stats (like size, upload date, and download count). You can also click the icons next to any file to copy its shareable link, rename it, or delete it.
Trash: When you delete a file, it moves here. Remember our Auto-Deletion Policy: items in the trash are permanently deleted after 30 days, giving you plenty of time to restore them if you made a mistake.
This section is where you monitor your money, analyze your traffic, and request payouts.
Reports: Your deep-dive analytics hub. Stats here update every 40 minutes. You can view your Total Downloads, Earnings, and Average eCPM. Scroll down to view your Performance Chart, or filter the data by top countries and top-performing files.
Withdraw: Ready to get paid? This page features a visual progress bar tracking your journey to the $15.00 minimum threshold. You can also view your active payout method and see a history of all your pending and completed payouts.
Referrals: Grab your unique referral link here to invite other creators and earn a 5% lifetime commission on their earnings.
The final section of your sidebar allows you to manage your profile settings and access premium features.
Profile: Click here to update your personal details, change your payout method, manage your Developer API keys, and enable Two-Factor Authentication. This is also where you can toggle the "Boost Earnings" ad-blocker enforcement feature.
CloudFam Elite: If you provide high-quality traffic, this is your most important tab. Here you can monitor your "Current Quality" percentage score and see your customized Elite CPM Rate.
